Personal Information: We may ask for personal information which may include, but is not limited to:

• Name / Nickname
• Email address
• Password (Encrypted)
• Gender preference (Optional)

User Content: We collect and store the photos you explicitly upload to the service (photos of yourself and your clothing items) to provide the core functionality of the app.

Log Data: When you visit our website, our servers (and third-party services like Cloudflare) may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. This data is considered "non-identifying information" and may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To Provide the Service: To allow you to log in, save your wardrobe, and generate outfits.
• AI Processing: Your uploaded photos are processed by our backend algorithms to remove backgrounds and categorize items.
• Service Improvement: We may use anonymized photo data to train and improve the accuracy of our AI models. This data is stripped of all personal identifiers before use in training.
• Communication: To contact you regarding your account, critical updates, or password resets.
• Security: To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our services.

3. Data Storage and Security

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service.

Security: We implement commercially reasonable security measures (such as password hashing and access controls) to protect your data. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. As this is a hobby project, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Storage: Your data is stored on private servers located in Europe (and/or on Cloudflare's distributed network).

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners for the purposes outlined above.

We may use third-party service providers (such as Cloudflare for web hosting and security) to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
• Request deletion of your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").

You can exercise the right to delete your data at any time by using the "Delete Account" function in the app settings.

6. Account Deletion Policy

If you choose to delete your account via the settings menu:

• Your personal profile (Email, Name, Password) is immediately removed from the active database.
• Your uploaded content (Images) is moved to a temporary deletion archive.
• This archive is permanently purged after 30 days. During this period, data is inaccessible and not used for any purpose.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
