User Agreement (Terms of Service)

Welcome to Dressedly. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Your Account

You must be 13 years or older to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are also responsible for all content (like photos) you upload.

2. User-Generated Content (Your Photos)

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Dressedly a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store these photos for the purpose of operating and improving the service. This includes:

• Running our AI processing service to create cutouts.
• Storing your 'Me' photo and clothing cutouts for use in your wardrobe.
• Using anonymized photo data to train and improve our AI model's accuracy. This data is fully disconnected from your personal account.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

This service is provided "as is". Dressedly is a BETA product, and we make no guarantees that it will be error-free. Cutouts may not be perfect, and the service may be unavailable at times.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the 'Account' page. This action is irreversible and will permanently delete your user profile, as described in our Privacy Policy.
